Vezeti provides free and low cost home and business Internet phone services using high-speed Internet to provide advanced features and connected services never before possible.
All you need is a high-speed Internet connection (cable, DSL or fiber-optic, Mobile 4G internet), a regular home phone or and IP Phone, Smart Mobile phone, Laptop or tablet and a desire to save money.
Vezeti will work. You may not be able to make outbound calls without Internet. However, for receiving inbound calls to your Vezeti Number you do not need Internet. All you need to do is to activate call-follow me on your Vezeti account. Enter your GSM number and the calls to your Vezeti number will ring on your GSM mobile or landline or foreign number you enter into the system.
When you register on Vezeti online, you will get to pick a new Vezeti phone number online for Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt and any area code in Nigeria available online. Go to www.vezeti.net to check if we have a number available near you.
If you would like to keep your current phone number, it will not work on Vezeti because Nigeria does not yet do Number portability for fixed line networks. But we can advise you on the best option to migrate to Vezeti on your old number. Send a mail to sales@vezeti.com for advise.
There is nothing like Maximum amount of Minutes on Vezeti. You can make as many calls as you like as long as you have credit to make such calls. For incoming calls to your Vezeti number, you will not be charged for such incoming calls as long as you receive the calls via IP(sip). If you forward your calls to your GSM or any other PSTN line, you will be charged N12 per minute on a per second basis for that call.

No. Because of the Ubiquitous nature of the service, your current location may not be where the emergency help will be required. However, we have setup for emergency situations that can be adapted to your choice. Please contact sales@vezeti.com for information on this.
Yes. You can call your extensions for free. Calls outside the Vezeti network will be charged according to the destination’s cost.
No, Vezeti is a smart service. If you prefer to receive your call on your computer, you simply put on your computer always to receive and make calls. But if you will need to step out, you can set up your routing in such a way that if you do not answer the call on your computer or if the computer is turned off, your calls follow you to your mobile phone. You never miss a business call with Vezeti
Yes. It does not matter how many lines you have. Each number will ring on the same sip accounts depending on how you have set it
The Vezeti service can be used anywhere there is a high-speed Internet connection. Regardless of where you use it, calls into the Vezeti number will be free and calls out of your Vezeti line will be subject to low-cost international rates. If you plan to use the device overseas, be sure to use a phone that is compatible and meets Vezeti standards. Also, if you choose to install and use the Vezeti system outside Nigeria, you’ll be solely responsible for compliance with international laws and subject to all associated fees, taxes, tariffs, and legal penalties. This system is for Lagos Nigeria. International use of this service is not acceptable. Please call 01-888 8080 for assistance in this regard.
In most cases, No, Vezeti cannot transfer (port) your existing phone number to Vezeti. Nigeria does not support number portability for Fixed landline numbers.
Vezeti works with your existing corded or cordless home analogue phones. Use your phone exactly like before – only now you don’t have to worry about the bill! Whether you have installed a traditional analogue PABX or have an analogue phone, Vezeti will install a device to convert the analogue signals to digital (IP) signals and your devices will work fine. Vezeti services support BYOD (Bring Your Own Deveice) ideology. Therefore you can use Vezeti on Desktop Computer, Laptops, Tablets, Smart Phones, IP phones and Analogue phones. Any device. Yes. Vezeti services include a DIY Interactive Voice response for every Account. All you need to do is upload your audio files and route the calls accordingly. You can download the manual online or call 01-888 8080 for guidance or training.
Yes. When you log on to your account, go to reports and logs and download your Call detail record (CDR) in pdf or view online.
Yes. The system records all voicemail messages and converts it into MP3 file and sends to your designated email address in the account. While setting up voicemails, ensure all the email addresses assigned to all the sip accounts are mapped correctly and each sip account messages would be sent to the respective emails.
No. You must have at least N1,000 credit balance in your account before the calls would be forwarded to your GSM or landline.
You can have up to 500 extensions on the same account.
You can have as many Vezeti Landline numbers to one account. You can determine which of the numbers would be presented when any Extension makes an outbound call and you can change these settings anytime you like and how you like it to perform.
